IN ORDER TO USE PELAGIAN SOFTWARES YOU ARE REQUESTED TO COMPLY WITH CERTAIN TERMS & CONDITION WITH US:

As an authorized registered user we grant you licence to use the unregistered version of the software for a limited period or Trial period. During this period of time you are allowed to make copies of this software and to distribute these copies among your friends & co-workers, on electronic bulletin boards, over network or by any other media source but one thing must be well understood that all your attempts in relation to preceding mentioned subject are bound by law.

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE:

Once you purchase our product we generate your user id & password, which are non-transferable, for operating the software. However, we provide ownership only for one computer if you are interested to get ownership for other computer also you need to acquire ownership of that computer separately. Your registration with us is by no means a sale of the ownership of the software or any copy. You are strictly prohibited either to make any modifications or to create derivative works from any of the files that are used in this software. In addition, Pelagian Softwares is not responsible for any kind of technical fault of your system after downloading.

PELAGIAN SOFTWARES DOES NOT ENSURE ABOUT ANY TECHNICAL OR BUSINESS LOSS YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR USING THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SO, THE SOFTWARE HEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT OF ANY KIND WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Pelagian Softwares., which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement. All rights, in the software not specifically granted in this agreement, are reserved by Pelagian Softwares.
