How to Fill Up Above Window.

  1. To register guest feedback you need to go under following process;
  2. Fill entry date and exist date.
  3. Last and first name of guest.
  4. Comment about hotel service.
  5. Fill guest frequently comes there or it was his/her first accommodation in your hotel.
  6. Click before service button and write/select about hotel service. If you want to know whether your hotel served to guest Good, Average or Poor by selecting box.
  7. At last, click before city and write city name and name of guest's preferred hotel.
  8. Finally click on Save button.
