To know about your hotel service our guest’s feedback tag provides you positive guidelines to you for being acquaint with your service. So this software also offers you facility to lodge feedback of your guest. For this follow this path as Utility> Guest Feedback.
Just then the following window will come to you for filling up there apt detail. After filling up each box please click on the save option for getting benefits.

How to Fill Up Above Window.

• To register guest feedback you need to go under following process;
• Fill entry date and exist date.
• Last and first name of guest.
• Comment about hotel service.
• Fill guest frequently comes there or it was his/her first accommodation in your hotel.
• Click before service button and write/select about hotel service. If you want to know whether your hotel served to guest Good, Average or Poor by selecting box.
• At last, click before city and write city name and name of guest's preferred hotel.
• Finally click on Save button.
