New Employee Addition

In schools you may have need to recruit employees for successful management of school. For addition of new employee you need to take help from Master menu. To add employee you are advised to find out this path, Master> Employee Master>New Employee.

As you click on the tag a window will open in which you need to fill the following details;

  • Name of Employee and his father
  • Employee's phone and address.
  • Through by this employee joined
  • Birth, joining, exit and increment date
  • If you provide vehicle, put related information
  • Define Working Hours, Half Days and total working hour
  • Just then fill up Bank Accounts, Basic pay rate & payment method as per (day, Month, Hour etc)
  • Write YES/No in case if attendance is required, payment is being done through cash, Relative Employee, PF Application and ESI Application.
  • Write value in percentage for the option of rate of increment, rate of PF and rate of ESI.
  • If you want to put down extra hour you can insert.

After filling up all information you need to update the information by pressing ENTER key.
