In your hotel guest may have come from different countries, States & cities and it is very necessary for manager or operator to maintain list of all these. It also saves up your time while booking is in process. You can add various name of countries by putting ISD code and name of country in its window. Just click on following tag for this;

Master>Location>country

A window will come on your Dashboard in which fill information correctly and then save it. The format of that window will be as;

Addition Of State Names;

To add several State names you can select this tag; Master>Location>states and simply fill desired name of State followed by name of Country. And for saving it just click save button. For your convenience we are presenting here related window;

Addition Of Name Of City;

Similarly, go through this link Master>Location>City , just then fill City/ Area, Name of  country and State, PIN Code, STD Code, and select City Type. Finally click Save button. The window for adding new city will come to you as;

Deletion of Existing Name Of Country, State & City;

If you want to delete any name of Country, State & City, you need to double click on excel sheet and then go to click delete option.
