In photo lab accounting sometimes you add new roll or film. And when you use this software you also add your own roll or film in its master menu. For adding any new film or roll you go through this path; Job/Customer Master>Other Master>Film (Roll) Master 

As you access the option for adding new film you find  there a window in its you put down the  name of your film or roll and you can also insert here remark regarding film (if any). After this only press Enter button for updating the information.
