When you use this software at multiple counters in such situation you need to add operators. So for addition of operators this option has been provided to you. When you want to add the names operators just follow the track; Customer/Job Management>Other Master>New Operators 

As you go through this track a window opens to you in which you simply fill up the name of your operators and address (if you want). Subsequently, you press Enter key for updating information.

Similarly, if you think to make any changing on existing operators you can go through this process.
