If CD-ROM icon does not appear, check setting in control panel or contact your hardware supplier.
If CD-ROM does not access, check your CD-ROM drive, perhaps it's may required to clean
After cleaning it does not work in any condition, contact your software vendor. It may be physical bad or may be does not work as it should be.
