This option is given to you for writing down particular note in relation to any specific employee. To track this option you must cross the tag Transaction>Employee Activity>Employee Memo Book Voucher.

A window will come out there you are expected to fill up; 

• Date of noting down 
• Name of Employee
• Notes (What do you want to write) 

After filing up the information you must update the information by entering ENTER key.
