To add new class of your school you need to come with this tag;

Master>Class>New Class

As you click on the above path a following window will come to you in which you need to fill certain information which is being given below as;

Name of class
Promoted Class
Put Group name in A, B, C or X
If Grace System is there write maximum no of papers for which grace is to be allowed.
Like grace system you need to write also for maximum no of supplementary paper.
At Last press Enter key for updating the information.

When you go through the preceded process your class will be generated in this software.
