Kitchen Order Token (KOT) Register avails all relevant important information itself of current date. It helps you in brief view of  KOT No. Table No. Amount, Waiter and Bill No.  From here you can change in its form of only unpaid bill because after generating bill you can't change. And you can also see the KOT register of desired date also by inserting date in its search option given to you at the left's side of its window. 

If you want to view the KOT register you can simply click its icon from The Dashboard or choose this path; View>KOT Register
