For your restaurant you can also add name of your waiter as per your need. To add name of your waiter you can follow this link;  Master> Waiter or press ctr+W.   

A small window will come to you in which name of existing waiter also be displayed. If you want to add the name of waiter just put name in the given box and if you wish to delete any existing name just make there double click on the row and press Delete option
