To assign various name of kitchen you can take assistance from Kitchen master which provides you option for adding name of kitchen. Just click on Master>Kitchen

A small window will come out in which you put kitchen name and save it;

What is Kitchen Name: Give the kitchen name according to yoru restaurant's kitchen configuration.

NB; If you want either to delete or to edit name of existing kitchen you need to do double click on the row and select option for delete or New kitchen respectively.
