How to create / modify and delete Item ?

Create Item

Easy step to create new item, Goto Item Master in Master Menu. Select "New Item" from listbox. Give detail as Item Code, Item Name, Group and other detail.

If you give rate as 0 (zero) in master, software ask rate while you make bill.

Update Item

Easy step to update item 1) Master Menu 2) Item Master 3) Select item from listbox, you wish to update. 4) Change Item Detail 5) Press enter key till save.

Delete Item

Easy step to delete item 1) Master Menu 2) Item Master 3) Select item from listbox, you wish to update. 4) Press Alt-F10 to delete item If item is in used in bill or other transcation voucher, Alt-F10 messege will not display at bottom of update box and you can't delete item.
