Easy step to create new item group, Goto Item Group Master in Master Menu. Select "New Group" from listbox. Gvie detail as New Item Gropu and Select "Restaurant" in Classified Under.

Please do't take burden, because groups do not reflect in billing and report session. It creates single report as 'Groupwise Sale Summary' and you can modify group detail later.
